Our store currently sells and ships products to customers in the United States.

You may use our website and purchase our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Many Easy Pace Society products are produced after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, sizing information, and other product information accurately.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations can occur during manufacturing and printing.

We may update, change, or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, or other product details without prior notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, discounts, promotions, and any applicable taxes will be displayed or calculated at checkout where applicable.

We may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for.

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order can proceed.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in that order.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for processing. An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering, including your email address and shipping address, is accurate and complete.

6. Order changes and cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@easypacesociety.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to make the requested change or cancellation.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Our products may be manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped on our behalf by third-party production and logistics partners. Orders may therefore ship from locations different from our Swedish business address.

Estimated production and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur because of production, carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and other order issues are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our store policies excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory right provided by applicable law, the mandatory right will apply.

9. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional pricing, bundles, free shipping, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may:

Apply only during a specified promotional period
Be subject to product, quantity, or order-value requirements
Be unavailable in combination with other promotions
Have additional terms disclosed with the offer

Promotions and discount codes have no cash value unless required otherwise by applicable law.

We may modify or end a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect qualifying orders already completed under that promotion.

The Easy Pace Society name, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, designs, logos, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Deep Sea River AB unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with the product, artwork, or design.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to help operate our store, process payments, manufacture and fulfill products, deliver orders, provide technology services, and perform other business functions.

The use of these providers does not change the fact that your purchase is made from Easy Pace Society / Deep Sea River AB.

Third-party websites or services that you choose to access separately may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
